The Power Repeater is a very useful device. When you use an LED controller you are almost always limited to a certain capacity of the controller. Often this is 3x2A or 3x5A, depending on the chosen controller. We advise you not to overburden the controller at maximum capacity. We always use a 15% margin in our calculations. This is also true for the power supply.

If the controller does not provide enough capacity and you want to send more LEDs on the controller, you can use the Power Repeater. The Power Repeater can be applied at any point in the LED system. The input of the Power Repeater can be derived directly from the output of the LED controller, but can also be drained from the end of the LED strip. The signal that the Power Repeater needs is not much. The Power Repeater can therefore also far removed from the LED controller and are joined by means of a long wire. Here you do not have to worry that there is power loss.

When you place a Power Repeater each one should be re-fed again. This means that at the location of the Power Repeater, there must also be placed a power supply. If the Power Repeater is placed close to the LED controller then there can be chosen to use a heavier power supply that nourishes both the controller and LED Power Repeater. 

Even if you use different LED products such as LED strip, Wall Washers, Power LEDs or Pixels it allows you to link it. We supply various models Power Repeaters. So It is possible to place a 350mA and 700mA Power Repeater together to drive as one Constant Voltage LED controller and one power supply three types of LEDs in the same color. This is possible because the input signal of the power is the same as Repeaters. 

Power Repeaters are given internally very good shape taking into account the professional user. The dimming curve is smooth. Both the housing and components used are of high quality and carefully selected. After production all Power Repeaters are thoroughly checked and tested.
