A tight LED line in LED aluminum profile can be simply perfect. The LED line looks slightly tighter and more beautiful in an LED profile. We find the finish installations very important. LED profile with a profile hood provides additional protection of the LEDs. Due to the profiles the LEDs are splash-free, dust- and shock-free. The anodized aluminum LED profile also ensures that the LED strip remains cool weather which is conducive to the life of the LED strip. Our profile covers are available in clear (transparent), opal (milky) and frost (diffuse).

Our range of high-quality LED profiles and accessories is very large. All types of profiles are available from stock and available in lengths of 1, 2 or 3 meters. On request, the profiles are cut to size in our workshop. In this way, any length is possible!

Plug & Play Service
We gladly take the work out of your hands, by delivering the products completely customized so you can simply install LED lines from 5cm up to 5 kilometers. We calculate all the supplies and deliver the entire piece Plug & Play on. Give us the correct profile length, the required LED Strip, the cable length, accessories and we do the rest!

If required we can cut the profiles the angular, we have different (semi-automatic) sawing machines, including a double miter saw. We also provide a hole in the profile for the cable. You can choose whether the cable comes out at the front or side -Rear. Of course we can advise you on the optimal structure for your chosen application.

Our Steps:

1. We saw the LED profile and cover, to the millimeter, in the right lengt
2. We solder the appropriate cable to the correct length to the LED Strip.
3. We place the right LED strip in the profile.
4. Testing the strip.
5. We cover it with the correct cover.
6. If required, we provide the LED profile end caps and mounting clips.
7. Now the profile plug and play is we do a final test before the profile is packed.

Mounting clips and end caps
Neatly finishing and bestigen of the profile can be quite beautiful with our LED accessories. We have several accessories such as profile end caps and mounting clips. Besides the standard end caps for the high, low and semi-circular profile, we have end caps with hole or magnet. The end caps with its hole for the purpose of the supply cable and the end caps with its magnetic super convenient to attach the LED profile to metal surfaces. The clips we have in different variants such as the standard clips for high and low profile and shown above clip for semicircular profile. This variant, we have for the attachment of an angle of 45 degrees.

Powder coating

All types of aluminum profiles, we supply standard anodized natural aluminum, suitable for flush or surface. At additional cost we can powder coating in desired RAL colors.

Direct lighting or indirect lighting?
Which LED profile you need depends on the setup and needs. Do you go for direct or indirect lighting? Our Supreme Aluminium profile with opal profielkap we choose to LED Strips with 30 LEDs per meter because otherwise the light line is not smooth. In a High Resh LED Strip (60 or 120 LEDs per meter) would be able to choose the low profile with opal profile hood because these LED Strip light line through his strength makes smooth. Choose you do for a LED Strip with 30 LEDs per meter then go see the pixels. When a light line in the view is to avoid direct eye contact with the LEDs. The opal profile hood offers a solution!

Our range is extensive with an high opal profielkap. The hood fits on the "Alu Low" and "Alu High" profile and lights a cut above the profile. As a result, the profile is clearly visible from several sides.
